Good product but delivery and communication was a hassle. Website said the product was in stock so purchased it on the 16th. Emailed a week later asking for an update, received response saying that product was out of stock.
Received email on the 27th with system automated update stating the product had been shipped though no tracking number was listed.
Ended up calling on the 4th of Dec for update, person in sales found the tracking number for me which I was then able to track down the package with no real issue.
In summary the issues are really with the website and automated message not displaying or sending through the correct info on product in stock and no tracking number.
Supports my back well
